About
Outlook Builds is the construction and restoration arm of Monval Capital. We handle the hands-on work — the planning, the demolition, the rebuild — so that each project we undertake becomes a long-term asset for the neighborhoods we operate in.
We aren't a general contractor for hire. We work exclusively on Monval Capital projects, which means every job we take on is one we're personally invested in from first look to final coat.
Our focus is the Mon Valley and greater Pittsburgh — a region full of remarkable bones worth saving.
Current Work
Built in 1897, Arthur Lofts is our flagship restoration project. A historic commercial building on McKean Ave in Charleroi with bones worth saving — we're bringing it back as a lasting asset for the community.
